In Garmisch

We spent our second day in Bavaria in the town where we are staying. Garmisch. It is a beautiful town in a green valley surrounded by tall mountains. The tallest mountain in Germany. Zugspitze.

 We went on a 4 mile hike around this lake. Lake Eibsee. We brought the beach toys.

 The colors were amazing in the lake. So was the reflection.

 This was the halfway point.
 Huge Alps in the background.

Finally got to play in the water at the beach.
